STHLM DANS is a new international contemporary dance festival whose first edition “Beginnings” will happen in Stockholm in May 2022.

STHLM DANS will place dance in new contexts, creating new opportunities for diverse dance artists to present creative formats and bold ideas.

One key ambition of the festival is to develop new audiences for dance in Stockholm and in Sweden, spread dance in the city beyond traditional stages, to cross-pollinate audiences between different disciplines and cultural organisations.
