During the last two years, 14 individuals with various backgrounds have shared time and space to question, deepen, and develop their practices. Now, in their final month of studies, the master students in the program New Performative Practices at Stockholm University of the Arts invite you to a round-table conversation. This will mark the end of two weeks of sharing their practices with the public and a moment to reflect with others in a festive setting.
In conversation with Martin Hargreaves, they will touch on questions relating to the practice of performance and dance. For example, how do we come together as an interdisciplinary group and community? How has the experience of study and experimentation affected our work? Which questions and urgencies do we bring with us into our respective fields and practices?
Moderator: Martin Hargreaves, a dramaturg, writer, performer, visiting lecturer at the department of Dance, Uniarts, and Head of Choreographic School at Sadler’s Wells, London.
